- Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Charges: A flat rate of 220 PKR will be applied to all orders.
- Delivery Time: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or remote locations.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Delivery Areas: We currently ship within Pakistan.
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
- Strictly Exchanges Only: We offer exchanges for size issues only. We do not offer refunds.
- Exchange Window: Exchanges for size issues are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Tags & Condition: For an exchange to be processed, items must have the original tags attached and be stain-free and show no signs of wear.
- How to Initiate an Exchange: To start an exchange, please email us at streetwisepakistan@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Be sure to include your order number and details about the size you need.
5. Return Policy
- No Returns: Please note that returns are not allowed on any purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it.
- Payment First Policy: For your security and ours, your parcel can only be opened after payment has been made to the courier. Please ensure payment is ready upon delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Streetwise or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
7. User Conduct
